I felt really amazed with the painting hapag ng pag-asa it made me more thankful of what I have and somehow guilty of many things. When I saw the painting it made me raelize how lucky I am and feel I'm so much bless. Many children and people out thier characterize each character in the painting I have met them in streets and almost aroun the corner, but what did I do? this question really struct me! I felt guilty for I know I failed to do what I outh to do. Sometimes I know I'm too selfish, I have many things to give, yet I egnore each moment that I am invited to do so. I cry not because I pity the character but most of all I pity my self for such an insensitive person. I have lots of blessings to be thankful of but still I am craving for more, unlike the character in the painting they seem so very satisfied with Jesus.........

Through the years man has never deen satisfied, each year man discover something for its convenient yet never been satisfied. This generation is considered as the multimedia age where world is getting smaller and smaller. Many businesses new technologies boomed out but most forgot the essence of life, which is sharing and loving.

Media as what have been defined is a channel of communication in which it can help in transporting information in different places. Internet is one form of media in which it transmit information easily,internet becomes the most convenient way to communicate especially with the defferent people around the world,through internet you can search anything and can find new friends.In ternet become a tool in medie because it is a global interconnected computers that can able to transmit data in just a blink of an eye.

Technology in today's world in business is so powerful, it creates new employment and many are using internet as thier source of income. Almost all business establishement are using internet as their direct access to the other businesses. Many are doing business transaction over thier computers with the help of internet. It heps the business man to lessen thier traving cost because through internet you can convey information to others.

The symposium was great, I learn many things about it and I really had a great time listening to Fr. Buenafe. I Learn many things especially about the effect of media not only to my life but to everybody's life as well.Fr. started the symposium by defining what is media, as defined media is a channel of communication, through media we can transmit information from one place to another. Today we are living in a multimedia age were almost all forms of media is everywher, according to the speaker Pope Jhon Paul II redifined media, today it is not only a channel but it becomes a way of life of the people, we are being influenced very trimendously by what we see, hear and read in any forms of

Fr. Buenafe discussed to us the effect of media not only to the old ones but most especially to the young ones and the youth. I have learned that the most focussed of the media influence is the kids and the youth.

Media is very useful to us if we are only using it well, it can be the source of information it helps us well informed with the happinings around us not only in local scenes but it goes international, but most of us are not aware of its effects we are not concious that it almost rule our life we are getting so dependent to what is the latest and the inn's of today.

Almost all of us are wathching TV, DVD, listening to music on radios, ipod, mp5 and many other new product of tecxhnologies. We are not aware that it still our time instead of being productive we are stock up in our room and enjoy media. The way we dress and the way we are we are basing it according to what we see, hear and read.

As youth of taday we should be aware and be responsible with our decisions and acts. We should not let ourself to be a slave of media.
